Brenner Property Management (CA BRE License #01742961) specializes in single-family homes and condominiums located in the Santa Clarita Valley. 

We strive to decrease vacancies and keep tenants happy.  We have an extensive tenant screening process, and we use state-of-the-art property management software to track property expenses and rent.  We provide owners with monthly reports that detail the financial activity of their rental properties.  Our maintenance team is available to help with repairs, cleaning, painting or any refurbishing your property may need.

Communication is key for us.  We respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.  We also work with honesty and integrity to keep both home owners and tenants happy.
